Must have worked in the Trade Surveillance or Risk Compliance reporting with extensive experience in interacting with the users to gather business requirements, strong analysis skils, creating FRDs, Use cases, gap analysis etc. This is a client facing role and candidate should have excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. *Detailed requirement* Senior Program Manager with good exposure to Trade Surveillance/Compliance Reporting domain. Should be able to execute large projects in the surveillance/compliance reporting space handling multiple stakeholders from both Business and Technology teams. 2. Mandatory Skill Strong business understanding of Surveillance/Market Monitoring/Risk Reporting. Should have executed large projects. Sound knowledge in project management disciplines, multiple stakeholder reporting, creating dashboards, reporting to senior management. 3. Non-Technical Requirements a.
