This exercise will include updating the existing information flows both inbound and outbound as well as adding Master data elements created by the Data Driven project team to provide a representative model of current state systems, data flow, and master data artifacts. The primary deliverable is to produce a representative diagram showing the integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms. A subsequent exercise will be to take the As Is and create a To Be model that reflects the above mentioned artifacts using the Big Data (Common Data Layer) model to show areas to consolidate, deconstruct, and facilitate a process that can remain evergreen and evolve with the implementation of both application and data assets.
