*DETAILS OF THE REQUIREMENT * *Requirement ID 4023624 , 4023625 * *Role Mobile Techical Lead * *Work Location Minneapolis * *Duration 12 months* *Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills * • 6+ years of experience in the field of Mobile Development • 3+ years of experience in leading Mobile Techical Delivery • Extensive experience in Phone Gap (Cross platform framework) , AngularJS , Java Script , TestFlight frameworks is Mandatory • Technical team management experience including offshore team members • Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Hands on experience in Performance tuning *Roles and responsibility* · Responsible for overall Mobile Application design and standards · Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at onsite · Guide onshore and offshore Mobile Developers to ensure standards are met · Work with the UX , Services development & QA teams throughout the development life cycle · Lead and own application deployment into different environments - Dev , Stage & Prod · Evaluate wireframes to evalute completeness · Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects · Stay current with emerging industry trends · Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks · Create Detail design document based on the business requirement · Good written and oral communication · Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions *Desirable Technical / Functional Skills* Work with different teams – Business, Solutions – to Implement Mobile solutions with complete considerations on Infrastructure capability, performance, supportability to achieve end user business results.
