Send resumes to **[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Position : Oracle Apps Technical* *Location : Scotts Valley, CA* *Duration : 3-6 Months* *Experience : 6-10 Years* *Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:* · Oracle Apps Technical(Mandatory) · As a Consultant, you should have in-depth knowledge in any one technological or industry practice / functional area and overview of 2-3 other areas. · You should handle solution definition/ fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity. · You should be able to build a custom Function Module with medium complexity program logic. *Oracle Apps Technical* · Basic overview of Oracle Apps (across FIN, SCM), understanding of Apps architecture, basic knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL. *Oracle Apps ADF - Application Development Framework* · Should know Java, J2EE, PL-SQL, Oracle Applications, AOL, D2K, Workflow and other Oracle Apps Technologies. · More than 4 years of experience in OAF, PL-SQL,D2K and more than 7 years of IT experience with good supporting implementation knowledge of other oracle application technologies. Good communication skills a must. · Good functional knowledge of the domain where the solution is being implemented is a must. · Should have Excellent customer handling skills. · Should be able to analyze and understand complex business requirements and be able to design a common solution employing host of technologies coupled with OAF, PL SQL and D2K Reports. · Should be able to decompose complex tasks and assign them to project team for effective implementation. · Should be able to communicate with the team members and customers effectively. *Oracle - Core Apps* · Understanding of all process flows Expert in 3-4 modules Know the setups and business implications of the setups Design Solutions · Experienced in SQL,PL/SQL, D2K, Workflow, Discoverer, OAF, XML Publisher. *Consulting* · Ability to conduct Consulting engagements, do requirements gathering from customers, understand business need and articulate solutions. · Negotiation, Presentation Skills should be apt to showcase technology depth and breadth of the organization. · Ability to map to the right stakeholders, multivendor/practice/party coordination. · Proactive approach towards generating downstream business revenue by analyzing the as is business of the customer. · Account Mining to generate opportunities. *Fusion Tech* · Theoretical Knowledge combined with some working experience Should be able to work comfortably on Jdeveloper · Should have working knowledge of BPEL PM · Knowledge of Database, FTP and File adapters · Trained on core Java and J2EEconcepts and understands MVC A *Oracle Apps Solution Design* · Should be able to interact with the customer teams and document the requirements, propose high level conceptual design.
