 3-5 Years of Service Now Experience.

Overall 8+ years of experience and ITIL V3.0 Certified



Technical/Functional Skills :   Service Now Configuration,





*Roles & Responsibilities*



•         At least have 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience.

•         Should be ITIL certified.

•         In-depth understanding of SN processes. Be able to lead
discussions around these with multiple client teams.

•         Enable process change /provide recommendations for the same as
needed.

•         In depth knowledge of service requests and ITSM processes.

•         Be able to provide guidance for future state definition of
service requests/ ITSM processes.

•         Experience with implementing ITSM solutions for major ITIL
processes. Including process assessments and system understanding.

•         Lead and help gather process / service request requirements and
translate those to technical ServiceNow requirements.

•         Create functional and technical requirement deliverables and be
able to engage appropriate team members for reviews /sign-offs.

•         Collaborate with tech lead and review technical designs to make
sure it meets all the process/service request  requirements.

•         Should have experience with CMDB data mapping.

•         Should be able to provide insight into impacts to related systems
/ processes.

•         Conducts analysis and profiling of systems, requests etc to
determine impacts to scope/requirements.

•          Will be the liaison ,supports and  co-ordinates UAT activities.

•         Provides support to tech lead to ensure that the QA /UAT
activities are happening as expected.

•         Should have experience working on Agile project methodology.

•         Interview process /service request owner to identify process
/service request requirements.

•         Supports the QA lead in development of test data, provides
information needed for QA activities.
