Oracle EBS R12 module expertize – AR, AP, Purchasing, GL, FA, AGIS
8-10 years of experience in implementing & supporting Oracle Financial
modules (11i & R12) for US clients in discrete manufacturing industry
Experience in at least 2-3 support engagements for US clients
Good understanding of local statutory laws & business processes
Have worked in onsite / offshore delivery model
Good oral & written communication skills
Good understanding of ITIL processes
*Job Responsibilities*
Onsite support lead for Oracle Financials
Provide support to users in US
Transition knowledge from existing team
Manage client expectations
Work with offshore team
Coordinate with Oracle & other 3rd party vendors
Document solutions in KEDB
