*Job Title: Senior Business/Data Analyst* *Location: Eden Prairie, MN* *Duration: 6 months contract* Background Verification and Drug test required upon confirmation Responsibilities: Gather/validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team. Lead internal review sessions. Discuss issues and questions related to claims data analysis, issue documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve these issues. Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of databases and healthcare data. Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experienced with Agile methodology is MUST. Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams regarding enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact development, data, workflow and/or functionality. Communicate with many levels of the organization, business stakeholders/SME, project managers, system architects, quality assurance, etc. *Required skills:* - 10+ years of US Healthcare BA experience working in large, complex, matrix organization - 5+ years of claims data analysis - 3+ years of lab claim data analysis - 3+ years of CMS claims data analysis - Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete artifacts, including solution design support and data mapping - validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations. - Lead internal review sessions with C Level. Discuss issues and questions related to claims data analysis, issue documentation; work with business stakeholders t- review and resolve these issues - Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data. - Provide explanations and information related t- data analysis findings t- both project team and business stakeholders. - Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
