*Required Skills :-*
1. Previous leader or management experience in the Information
Technology field.
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
3. 5+ years of project management experience.
4. Experience with change management, risk management, and
quality assurance methods.
5. Familiarity with a variety of technologies: at least two
server operating systems,, storage, networking, security,
web/application/database software, virtualization, high availability,
disaster
recovery. Work experience with at least two technologies
preferred.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment with
competing stakeholders.
8. Ability to build strong working relationships with both
customer and functional teams.
9. Experience with cross-functional incident and/or problem
management.
10. Understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies and
standards.
11. Additional educational experience in business administration
preferred.
12. Certification in ITIL, PMBOK, or Lean Six Sigma preferred
