working as SAP Variant Configurator and the below software and system
knowledge are essential
• SAP Variant Configuration
• Strong MS EXCEL Skills
• Basic MS ACCESS Skills
*Experience Required (in Yrs) *: 6-8 Years
*Roles & Responsibilities * :
Responsible for the maintenance & development of Variant
Configuration for product lines in SAP ERP.
Need to work with personnel from multiple global locations to
ensure and drive consistent execution
Architectural maintenance and verification, including testing
Integration of product lines and options as determined by
product management and engineering
Maintenance of Super BOM to reflect best design practices and
ease of use
Collaboration with manufacturing team to design and maintain
Super Routing to be in line with best manufacturing practice
Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely
manner
Maintain configurator tables in Hybris
*Generic Managerial Skills *
Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on
specific work streams of larger projects
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and
troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Eagerness to mentor junior team members
Proficient use of Power Point presentation tool, and MS office
tools. Proven writing skills for mass communication. Ability to document
use cases, requirements and relevant technical documentation.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of six sigma is added advantage
