Please send resumes to *[email protected] <[email protected]> * along with following details: Hourly Rate on C2C : Visa Status : Phone : Email: Current location : *Job Title: Lead** Java Developer* *Location :* *Egan MN* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Only Locals* *Job Description:* *Required Skills/Degrees/Accreditations:* Responsible for leading team efforts, delegating tasks, following up on progress of team and coaching junior team members as assigned. • Transform business requirements into an application architecture that is compliant with Delta enterprise standards. • Create application architectures that serve as frameworks for future applications. • Develop appropriate software and documentation according to standards. • Architect small applications • Support and troubleshoot computer systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing timely follow up on all problems. • Follow standards and methodologies in the development and implementation of computer software. *May perform other duties as assigned. *Technology -> Importance* Solid technical skills and background in Java/J2EE development , including language, frameworks, utilities, and development environments. • Experience in Web Application development and deployment into a WebSphere environment. • Working knowledge and experience with front-end web application technologies and frameworks, including client-side technologies - Javascript frameworks such as JQuery. • Very strong skills writing unit tests and mocks, able to mentor team members in this area, and to enforce strong unit test coverage. • Experience conducting timely code reviews, knowing what to look for, recognizing code smells and how to mitigate them. • Work with architect to produce detailed technical design that carries out the strategic vision of the overall architecture. • Strong knowledge of design patterns – where and how to use them. • Working knowledge and experience working with service architectures such as SOAP and REST. • Knowledge of enterprise concepts such as service buses and message queues. • Ability to jump into code as-needed to mentor and lead by example.· *Desired Degrees and Experience:* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training in the computer systems development field.
