*Position:: Lync 2013 Architect*
*Location:: Oldsmar, FL*
*Duration:: 1+ year*
*Mandatory Technical Skills :-*
• Understanding of Lync Roles – Front End, Back End, Mediation, Monitoring,
Survivable Branch Appliances (SBA) for Microsoft Lync 2013, Response Groups.
• Must have experience with Voice and Data platforms, UC & C
(Audio/Video/Web Conferencing, Dial-in conferencing, Voice Call Control,
IM/Presence, CDR and Unified
Messaging)
• Exp. with Lync 2010 / 2013 (preferred) with full Voice and Video
integration (Polycom Devices – RMX / DMA).
• Polycom devices CX600 / 700/ 3000 / 5500
• Understanding of Hardware Load Balancers with Lync specific configurations
• Understanding of Voice Policies, Routes, Trunks & Normalization Rules
• Strong understanding of network concepts including TCP/IP sub netting,
routing, SMTP protocol, DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Installation and configuration of Reverse proxy.
• Knowledge of how to integrate Lync Voice with Gateways and PBXs
• Understanding of call access control, LIS, client version policies,
conferencing policies
• Knowledge of integrating Lync with Exchange Unified Messaging (On-Prem &
O365)
• Knowledge of integrating on-Prem PBX with Office 365 Unified Messaging
• Knowledge of configuring Hybrid Environment – Lync OnPrem + Office 365
Lync Online.
• Microsoft Group Policy management
• Microsoft Powershell skills including scripting
*Desirable Technical Skills* :-
· Skills in integrating Lync with Cisco Call Manager & Audio codes
Gateways
*Mandatory Functional Skills :-*
1. Ability to co-ordinate with multiple technical teams, Business users and
Customer
2. Strong communication Responsibilities include Lync 2013 system design,
implementation, documentation, troubleshooting, integration, maintenance
and monitoring of
Microsoft Lync 2013 Infrastructure with SCOM2012
