The old website is very outdated and inefficient and currently be used by only one department. This new website will have around 120 pages and be used by the entire company. As the SME for this new website initiative, the UI/UX Designer will: • Focus on all planning activities for site design by clarifying goals. • Develop site navigation by categorizing content. • Funnel traffic through content. • Maintain site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards. • Edit submissions and perform upgrades on the site by updating content and graphics. • Monitor performance and results. • Identify and evaluating improvement options. • Update look and feel of the Identity Management System for ease of use by entire company rollout for 6000 employees. • Rollout using Agile/Scrum. *Requirements:.Net Developer with:* • Heavy Web Graphic Design Planning. • Web Graphic Design and Planning. • Web User Interface Design. • Web Programming Skills. • Teamwork. • Illustration Tools. • Multimedia Content Development. • Understanding Browser Capabilities, Internet Presence. • Verbal Communication. • .Net, C#, and entity framework knowledge. • Agile SCRUM..
