• Mastered presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Refined interpersonal skills, including humor, patience, and
conflict management, and political savvy
• Proven success in multicultural work environments
• Self-sufficient; results-oriented
• Proven ability to utilize MS Suite tools & Remedy
