*Role: Service Now developer and administrator* *Location: Bay Area CA* *Duration: 6months* *Job Description* The role would be for configuring and setting up Service-now ITSM application and administer, maintain and support the implementation. This person will work very closely with ITSM Architect, customer personnel, IT Architect, IT support teams and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around implementation of ITSM processes and Service Now (Service-now.com) in a controlled and predictive manner. *Qualifications* 1. IT or Web programming related educational background 2. The candidate should be trained in ITILv3 foundation certified 3. Service-now trained with prior experience in at least 1 deployment/administration of ServiceNow implementation. 4. At least 3-5 years of IT experience in development/support/analyst positions in Service Management tools such as BMC Remedy, HP SM, BMC Remedy on Demand 5. Experience with JavaScript, XML and XSL style sheets 6.
