development along with customer / vendor relationship management. They must
have excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities include:

Database Administration:



* Work on Oracle Database versions 10g through Oracle Database version 11g.
* Installation, configuration, performance tuning of Oracle Databases
* Upgrading of databases from version 10g through Oracle database version
11g and to apply quarterly CPU patches.
* Configuration, performance tuning and administration of Oracle Data guard
databases both Physical and Logical standby databases.
* Installing, configuring oracle advanced security option with Oracle
Wallet on Oracle 10g/11g databases on windows 2003 servers. Table,
tablespace encryption etc.
* Applying critical and interim oracle patches to both 10g and 11g
databases.
* Implementation of database security for compliance. Mitigation of
database vulnerabilities as per the agency guidelines.
* Maintain and manage backup, recovery of databases using Oracle RMAN.
* Plan and implement scheduled tasks for automated processes which includes
both Oracle Scheduler jobs and windows batch jobs.
* Software development using PL/SQL, SQL for writing Packages, procedures,
function , materialized views, and views and use VSS version control
software to maintain the changes.
* Involved as a business Analyst and Database architect to design and
architect applications including ERP applications, Workflow Management
Systems, Decision Support systems.
* Collaborate with development team members to implement the business
process and meet the software requirements.
* Involve in all aspects of Project Management from initiation to closing.
* Coordinate with Oracle support for all Oracle database related
enhancements and issues.
Job Title : IBM MainFrame Application Developer

Baltimore, MD to guide the development for one of several application
development efforts utilizing Agile methodologies, practices, and
processes. The ideal candidate will serve as Scrum Master for one of
several project teams consisting of 15-20 staff members with various
disciplines including developers, manual and automated testers, enterprise
architects, business analysts, product owner, and other key stakeholders.*

*Responsibilities will include:*

** Coaching/mentoring of Agile methodologies, processes, and best practices
as it is implemented and used during the application development life cycle*

** Enforcing the rules of Scrum while removing team impediments*
