More important to have used several tools on this platform and be able to guide us on the positives and negatives of each • Should be able to create, document, and modify predictive model algorithms as well as the code that underlies these. • Needs to be able to think independently. Cannot be just an order taker. • Must be able to work with business in order to understand their needs and turn those into technical direction and code.
