*Role::** Mainframe Programmer* *Location: Bloomington/IL* *Duration: 6+* *Consultants needed with experience in DB2, IMS, MQ, JES2/JES3, REXX, Netview etc.* *Here are the requirements:* *Strong Mainframe background. Knowledge of mainframe subsystems like DB2 & IMS as well as MQ. * *Also knowledge of mainframe virtual systems.* *MVS skills. Especially MVS commands, ISPF, EJES and JCL. * In-depth JES2 & JES3 knowledge. JES2/JES3 commands as well as how JES3 Global & Local systems work. In-depth OPS/MVS knowledge. They need to understand how to code OPS/MVS rules (MSG/CMD/EOJ/EOS/REQ/TOD) and OPS REXX as well as TSO/E REXX. They would also need to understand how global variables are used as well as how to create/update/use OPS RDF tables. *In-depth Netview system automation knowledge or SAZOS as we call it.* They need to understand everything about Netview, REXX, SA policy, CRT, timers, tables, global variables, etc. How to conduct testing in multiple automation environments like OPS/MVS & SAZOS.
