Job Description:
Develop automation solutions using the Resolve Automation Platform. With
the use of
Groovy, JAVA, HTML, & JavaScript the developer will create scalable work
flow automations
to simplify complex procedures and provide self service capability
replacing routine,
error prone, and tedious tasks. Read and manipulate data from various
external sources
with the use of remote connections (Telnet/SSH/HTTP/DB protocols) to
provide end users
with easy to comprehend visual representations of the data. Work alongside
a team of
developers in order to streamline and standardize the automation processes.
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
Strong technical experience with writing & reading using the Groovy
language.
Strong technical experience with writing & reading using the Java language.
Hands on experience in designing and developing workflow automations
Strong knowledge in Object Oriented concepts
Understand and write basic HTML.
Intermediate experience technical with writing & reading SQL Queries for
Oracle, Microsoft & MySql databases.
Understand and write Javascript without the use of external libraries such
as JQuery.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience of working on shell scripts is a plus.
Experience of working on Resolve automation software is a plus.
Experience of working with Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent products
is a plus.
Preferred skills:
6-8 years experience in software development, software design or business
process design
(example: process modeling, use case analysis, etc) and implementation
preferred

Job Description:
Responsible for the successful delivery of all new products and services
(voice, data and core)
to Operations in compliance with release planning guidelines and
reliability standards.
Manages all operations support documents and ensures that all applicable
network management systems
are integrated and tested prior to launch. Certifies that all reliability
goals are met by reviewing
design documents and augmenting the design and operator interfaces if
required. Formalizes best practices
across the region, and serves as a subject matter expert in network key
performance indicators (KPIs).
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
• Extensive knowledge of GSM 1900 wireless technology performance
application and various platforms,
including Ericsson, Nokia, Nortel, Tellabs, Alcatel/Spatial, Comverse, and
ATM technology
• Intermediate understanding of UMTS technology and network topology
migration
• In-depth knowledge of SS7 signaling networks and protocols, practical
Data Translations and routing schemes,
and transport architecture, equipment, and hierarchy
• Strong skills in Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Project, etc.
• Working knowledge of scripting and database programming skills to support
data manipulation and post processing
• Understands call processing, signaling, data translations, tracing, and
protocol analysis techniques;
understands interfaces and relationships between nodes relative to network
performance
• Ability to interpret all technical design aspects of a new product or
service, to define and document processes,
and to develop standards across diverse groups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate system designs and incorporate operational
requirements
• Ability to validate engineering principles of a design
• 5+ years Telecom experience, specifically in performance/operations.
• 2+ years Experience in the wireless industry, including engineering and
operations
