You will be accountable for the release of bi-weekly projects and support the BI & Data team to plan, schedule, track, and communicate to all business & technology stakeholders the status of each project. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, BI and Analytics teams to plan, schedule, and deliver BI-related projects. The right candidate will have experience in managing projects in the BI & Data domain and be intimately familiar with software development life cycles and Agile methodologies. You will help the teams follow the processes and deliver the projects on time. This position requires excellent communication skills. *Responsibilities: * The BI & Data Project Manager will perform the following tasks: - Work closely with Product to prioritize intake of BI & Data related projects coming from both Product & non-Product sources. - Interact with the BI & Data team to scope and estimate the effort and allocate resources for the various projects by stream. - Perform release planning based on BI / Data / Tracking requirements and plan sprints with the help of BI & Data team. - Work with the BI & Data teams to progress projects from planning through delivery. - Facilitate daily scrum / standup meetings on projects. - Serve as a single point of contact for project pipeline, status, and process to all technology & business stakeholders. - Identify project risks and provide alternatives for reducing risk, along with communication to the stakeholders. - Help prioritize and assign bugs to BI & Data team. Prioritization of bugs against projects for execution sequence will also be key. *Qualifications :* Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-8 years of Project Management experience in an Internet or e-Commerce company. PMP, CSM, and/or PMI-ACP certification is a plus. - Experience with one or more enterprise level data reporting tools/business intelligence tools - Strong problem solving skills and aptitude for analytics - Agile or scrum master experience alongside traditional PjM background - Demonstrated leadership abilities - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Experience working effectively with competing priorities and multiple tasks - Able to be self-directed with minimal supervision - Excellent inter-personal communication and writing skills - Possess a sense of urgency with an ability to stay focused on goals and objectives - Some high level understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts / SQL - Proficiency in MS Office products particularly Visio, Excel, Access & MS Project *Regards,* *Monajir Khan* *Techwire Solutions, Inc* Suite #700,1999 S.
