Seeing the problem and owning the resolution. · Assess potential downstream impact of roadblocks and communicate to Team. · Participate in requirements gathering to provide technical input on system options and solutions *Generic Managerial Skills :-* 1.Good communication skills 2. Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle 3. Proficient in onsite-offshore delivery model 4. Knowledge of life sciences and healthcare domain 5. Knowledge on Electronic Medical Records (EMR) 6.
