LOOKING FOR *AN EXPERT TROUBLESHOOTER*! POSITION WILL RECEIVE APPLICATION
AND INFRASTRUCTURE ISSUES AND WILL NEED TO DIVE IN AND FIGURE OUT THE
SOLUTION. CANDIDATES MUST BE SELF-STARTERS AND TENACIOUS IN RESOLVING ANY
ISSUE THROWN AT THEM.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

·         At *least 8 years’ experience* in Information Technology.

·         *MCITP Certification (Enterprise Administrator) required, or five
years equivalent experience.*

·         Proven experience resolving problems in enterprise environments
with Active Directory infrastructure issues

·         Creating architectural documentation for AD infrastructure
improvements based on industry best practices.

·         Up to date expert level knowledge on various Microsoft
Administration products lines

·         HANDS ON experience analyzing, designing, DOCUMENTING, and
deploying large scale AD environments

·         Group Policies

·         Experience using Microsoft products for centralized management of
logging, policy changes, and software deployments

·         Advanced in Windows Server 2012, Active Directory administration

·         Technical knowledge of network and server operating systems

·         Knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet
standards, including TCP/IP, and DNS, DHCP.

·         Experience in developing and maintaining documentation for
policies, procedures, and best practices.

·         Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills a
must.

·         Able to conduct research into infrastructure issues and products
as required.

·         Leading effective team meetings

·         Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

·         Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

·         Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·         Experienced hardware troubleshooting.

·         Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure
environment.

·         Strong customer service orientation.

·         Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

·         Experience in these areas would be a plus: Networking, Security,
Automation, and Disaster Recovery.


SKILLS PREFERRED:

·         VMware Esx

·         Current industry certifications for Microsoft, Security, VMware,

·         Expertise in AD security and overall windows best practices as it
relates to IT security. Security expertise is a VERY important factor.

·         Experience designing 99.9% uptime environments

·         Experience in monitoring infrastructure systems for Windows
environments

·         Experience and working knowledge of backup products and
methodologies.

·         Ability to craft proactive and automated scripts and tools

·         Knowledge of Virtual Machine operation, strengths, and weaknesses.

·         Experience with VMware ESX administration

·         Support of web-based applications for internal (intranet) sites
and external (Internet) sites.

·         Knowledge of software development lifecycles and migrations from
different environments, such as development, production, etc.

·         Experience and working knowledge of backup products and
methodologies.

·         Experience with Projects operating under PMI methodology
