*Title: Change Management Business Analyst* *6 month contractNew York, NY* Looking for a local candidate who has 5 years of change management experience. *Responsibilities:* - Assist the Organizational Change Lead in the execution of deliverables including a Change Impact Assessment, Communications Planning, Change Management Plan, Business Readiness planning - Partner with the Organizational Change Lead and the Training Manager to conduct Training Needs Analysis and deliver a Training Approach as well as develop and facilitate training - Utilize Client Change Management tools and template. - Act as point person on assigned change management activities among global stakeholders in NA, Asia and Europe - Lead and facilitate efforts to define/document business requirements and process mapping for complex initiatives, incorporating the vision of the recommended solution and business workflows incorporating a continuous process capability - Provide oversight and consultation regarding decision making to gain cross-functional alignment to achieve on-time execution of initiatives - Assess desired business process enhancements and document business system functionality requirements. - Collaborate with technical development staff to ensure business requirements are adequately translated into technical requirements - Partner with Program Managers and assist with project management activities for initiatives as assigned.
