Financials* and potentially some additional analytics.  Prior experience
doing this type of work is a must, having *implemented OBIA* from the
ground up and the entire life cycle.  This resource must have done in the
past and be able to lead the small team to assist the client in the
scoping, discovery, documentation, then hands-on implementation and
customization of the OBIA Financials.  They client is also running
*Hyperion* so that experience is a plus.

*Job Title : Lead Front End Developer/Architect with **Angular JS** (LOCALS
ONLY)*

3+ years of hands-on technical lead experience using Scrum methodology.
Scrum Master experience and certification a plus. This person will have to
lead 3 engineering resources and 1 QA resource, all possibly located off
shore. Experience leading offshore developers a plus.

·       Proven experience in architecting and developing a *AngularJS-based
front end solution*.

·       Proven experience in architecting and developing *ASP.Net WebAPI
web services.*

·       Diverse experience with JavaScript libraries such as *jQuery, d3,
Raphael, HighCharts, Bootstrap, etc.*

·       Detailed knowledge of HTTP.

·       Proven experience with unit testing JavaScript and .Net C#
solutions.

·       Proven experience developing database schemas or integrating into
existing database systems using technologies like Entity Framework or
vanilla ADO.Net.

All of these points are extremely important to me but the first four will
be key for this position.

*Position Overview: *We are looking for a BI Architect with SSIS, SSAS &
SSRS Development experience. This person will work closely with our
business stakeholders and other software and IT team members to develop and
enhance reporting capabilities and solutions using Microsoft technologies
including SQL Server Reporting Services (*SSRS*), SQL Server Integration
Services (*SSIS*), SQL Server Analysis Services (*SSAS*), Extract,
Transform, and Load (*ETL*), and Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012.

*Specific duties include: *As a *BI Architect, *you will work as a part of
the Software organization with developers, business users, DBAs, and IT
team members on the following*:*

   - Develop reports through Reporting Services (*SSRS*) from a variety of
   data sources including Analysis Services Cubes and relational databases.
   - Develop solutions using SSIS/ETL/SSAS/SSRS technologies.
   - Prepare and review requirements, functional specifications, technical
   designs and implementation documentation.
   - Collaborate with business users and SMEs to ensure the creation of
   production BI designs and implementations satisfied the analytics and
   reporting needs.
   - Analyze, translate and develop business requirements into a design of
   logical and physical data model needed to support both reporting and ad-hoc
   analysis.
   - Strong understanding of multi-tiered architecture and web-based
   applications.
   - Excellent systems analysis, organizational, problem solving,
   troubleshooting, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
   - Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills a must.
   Demonstrated experience in working within a multi-disciplinary team in a
   fast paced, technically challenging environment. Other duties as assigned.




*Minimum qualifications:*

   - Must have provided BI Solutions in an Architect role using different
   tools.
   - Extensive experience in *SQL and MS SQL Server 2008/2012 SSIS/ETL,
   SSAS and in SSRS report design and implementation.*
   - Strong skills in SQL query development.
   - Extensive experience in ETL SSIS development, Online Analytical
   Processing (OLAP) solutions with SSAS and SSRS reporting experience all
   based off intricate understanding of business process and measures.
   Excellent systems analysis, organizational, problem solving,
   troubleshooting, time management, oral and written communication skills.
   - Demonstrated experience in working within a multi-disciplinary team in
   a fast paced, technically challenging environment.
   - Working Knowledge of Report Model (smdl).
   - Experience with ad-hoc reporting design and tools.



*Additional skills and experience we’d like to see: *

   - Knowledge of ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> application development
   - Experience developing software in an Agile development environment.
   - Experience with dashboards, guided analytics, or self-defined
   presentation of data.
   - Demonstrated history of staying current in field of expertise.



*Deliverables: *

Hands-on SSIS/SSRS/SSAS BI Architect that delivers Bluesnet Billing
software architecture, software designs and software builds with code
developed using best standards.  Leads team to develop functional
requirement specifications, detailed designs, system use cases and source
to target mappings.  Produces deliverables related to the project’s
assigned tasks and assists in post implementation support need for the
BluesNet Billing Modernization project

§  Responsible for the overall software architecture, design and
development of IT solutions based on business requirements documents.

§  Assists business analysts by clarifying requirements during requirements
development phases.
