Experience and Skills
Extensive Project Management experience.
Experience managing applications implementation projects.
Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) & Business Process
Design.
Experience in Change Management & Training. Exposure to a variety of
methodologies, including: Agile (Scrum) and Six Sigma is desired .
Certification in a project methodology. Proven experience in helping
projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule, and budget
objectives.
Must be able to work on a wide range of projects including, but not
limited to, implementations and upgrades, process re-design and
improvement, organizational change, individual and team performance
improvement and effectiveness.
Responsible for the creation and management of Change Management Plans
and Programs as related to business and IT functions.
The role is also responsible for assessing change impacts of business
solutions (which includes stakeholder assessment and complexity of the
change) as well as responsible for creating communications, training
programs, and knowledge management materials.
Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not
exist. Works independently acting as a resource for colleagues with less
experience
*Responsibilities include:*
Communicate talent management and learning standards, products, and
services
Conduct course reviews
Provide ISD consultations
Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led, support documentation,
etc.
Collaborate and project manage deliverables with Training Lead, and
subject matter experts
Curriculum and content alignment for larger scale programs
