Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate testing activities (test planning, test execution & reporting
and defect management) with the QA Team
-
Provide hands on support for test case development, test execution,
defect reporting and verification
-
Review and analyze user stories
-
Determine the test approach for application features under development
-
Perform manual, exploratory, and automated testing
-
Work with developers and product owners throughout the development
lifecycle
-
Liaise with Offshore QA Team to conduct testing activities
-
Collect and analyze metrics and Prepare QA Status Reports
-
Run triage meetings for defects and production incidents
Education & Experience:
-
A four-year degree in computer science or equivalent, with 8+ years of
software testing experience
-
Experience in Siebel CRM end to end Testing preferably Version 8.1
-
Experience in OSM and BRM
-
Working knowledge of HP QC ALM
-
Good exposure in Software testing Lifecycle
-
Good Communication both written and verbal which includes communicating
with Client as well as offshore team
-
Ability to work under aggressive deadlines
-
Basic SQL will be added advantage
-
Expertise in Test Driven Development practices
-
Expertise in the CRM domain preferable
-
Excellent communication and inter personnel skills
-
Enjoys working with developers, analysts, and product owners in a
collaborative environment
-
Ability to work in a faced paced environment and meet tight schedules
