*Position: Android Developer* *Location: Columbus , IN* *Duration: 6-12 Months* *Job Description:* *Required Skills: * · Drive the enablement of smartphones and tablet devices globally across all divisions of the Company · Build out mobile services across the organization · Build iOS and android apps according to technical design specifications. · Design, configure and implement software systems. · Follow Apple iOS / Android coding standards. · Write unit tests for new and existing code. · Design and build modular components to promote reuse. · Successfully work in an agile development organization with quick turn around and freedom to be extremely creative. · RESTful web service experience(producer and consumer) · Proficient with common Android and iOS Framework API’s (Email, Web View, contact manager, Camera, Notifications, Maps). · Good mobile and web design skills using HTML 5, Java Script, AJAX and XML. · Experience in web services using markup languages like JSON and REST. · Knowledge of mobile technologies and architectures · Ability to identify and resolve application defects. · Working knowledge of Industry standard application design patterns. · Proven track record for deploying apps to app stores. · Working knowledge of application security issues. · Strong analytical and writing skills paired with a background in application development, application or systems management. · Will conceptualize, design, build, and deploy small projects, plus contribute in multiple facets to larger team projects. · Application development experience with either internal corporate apps or external consumer apps available to the popular app stores. · Ensure that shared services are utilized, development standards are being adhered to and best practices are followed. · Develops application system specifications, develops, tests and implements effective, cost efficient application solutions. · Generation of appropriate documentation: project plans, requirements and design documents, use cases, storyboards · Coordination with other IT staff to leverage shared services. · Develops application system specifications, develops, tests and implements effective, cost efficient application solutions. *Secondary Skills: * · 4-7 Years Product/Application Development, Testing / Verification experience required along with System Testing experience. · Demonstrated progressive experience successfully designing, delivering and maintaining mobile apps. · Must have experience in gathering requirements and good communication skills. · Must have demonstrated competency / expertise in: Objective-C, Xcode, MVC, and related design patterns · Design/develop reusable frameworks, components, and services · A strong understanding of the principles of software design, architecture, algorithms and data structures · A good understanding of how to write clean code *Have a nice day* *Thanks & Regards* *Rajender Reddy* *United Software Group Inc.* Direct : 614-495-9222 Ext:- 257 Fax: 1-866-764-1148 565 Metro Place S.
