Please respond with updated resume as per the below requirement and details to [email protected] or can call me at desk 678-735-4378 … *Title: PeopleSoft Business Analyst* *Duration: 6+Months* *Location: Atlanta, GA* *IT Business Systems Analyst Job Responsibilities will include:* · Extensive fit/gap analysis on multiple applications in an effort to migrate to and implement PeopleSoft Asset Management and Project Costing. · Provides analysis, definition, and direction to computer applications related development and maintenance activities. · Ensures correct business functionality, requirements, and industry standards are addressed within the computer application. · Develops detailed business user requirements, system documentation, workflow procedures. *This position will perform the following*: · Fit/Gap Analysis · Review Technical Documents · Collect, develop, analyze, and edit Business Process Diagrams · Interview Business Users & Subject Matter Experts · Capture Functional, Systems Requirement, and develop Use Cases *Minimum Qualifications*: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System, or 7+ years comparable business experience. · Minimum of 3 years experience with implementing PeopleSoft Asset Management module · Minimum of 3 years experience performing PeopleSoft Asset Management module fit/gap analysis is required. · Minimum of 3 years experience with implementing PeopleSoft Project Costing module · Minimum of 3 years experience performing PeopleSoft Project Costing module fit/gap analysis is required. · Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle · Minimum of 3 years work experience developing data models, functional requirements definition, requirements elicitation and management · Experience with IBM Rational Suite of Software, specifically Requisite Pro · Minimum of 3 years work experience with Project Oriented Analysis and Design methodologies · Minimum of 3 years of work experience demonstrating strong problem solving skills. · Minimum of 3 years of work experience writing and performing application test scripts to ensure the application is performing according to the designer’s specifications and meets customer needs. · Minimum of 3 years work experience with spreadsheets, word processing, and/or business systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, VISIO). · Minimum of 3 years work experience with developing business process models and writing Use Cases. · Minimum of 3 years work experience understanding concepts governing relational database structures, and user reporting/query tools. · Well developed communication skills – oral, written, listening.
