Partners with all stakeholders to identify, evaluate, · and develop systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements. · In addition to eliciting and documenting business/system requirements, this person will execute data validation, testing and customer implementation activities. *Required Basic Qualifications* · *Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.* · *Minimum 7 years of IT work experience including application system design and implementation. * · Experience developing and integrating technical solution components. · *For a distributed systems role, experience with SQL Server 2014/2012/2008/2005/2000, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, * · *Business Intelligence Development Studio ,VB 6.0, VB.net, C# .net, Win forms, Asp.Net, MVC, HTML, XML, Java script, Crystal Reports 9.0/8.5.* · Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products · Experience with multiple development methodologies, including RUP and Agile.
