Oracle EBS R12 CRM modules and expertize in Channel revenue Management
(Trade Management) implementation with exposure to Rebate handling
8-10 years of experience in implementing & supporting Oracle CRM
modules (11i & R12) for US clients with 5-6 years of domain Experience
Experience in at least 2-3 implementation and support/upgrade
engagements
Good understanding of local statutory laws & business processes
Have worked in onsite / offshore delivery model
Good oral & written communication skills
Good understanding of ITIL processes

Onsite lead for Oracle CRM
Manage client expectations
Work with offshore team
Coordinate with Oracle & other 3rd party vendors
