*Role: QA Tester with Java Coding(SDET)* *Location: **Mountain View, CA* *Duration: **Longterm Contract* *Mode Of Interview: Telephonic followed by Skype* *Job Duties:* · Manual and Automation - tests creation and execution · Able to create and maintain test plans · *Design sanity, smoke and regression suites through automation and manual tests* · Functional ownership of features and some level of supervision of activities from other QA engineers. · Strategize and prioritize tests in fast paced agile development · Code coverage analysis · Collaborate with Product managers and developers to understand requirements, use cases and transform them into tests. · Participate in design discussions and raise adequate questions about the quality, stability, usability and scalability of the applications in tes *Required Skills:* · Experience with any automation tool for web based applications. *· **Selenium is plus.* *· **Strong knowledge of Object oriented programming .* *· **Experience with any scripting language* *· **Strong understanding of algorithms and database concepts* · Excellent analytical and problem solving skills · Excellent communication skills · Attention to detail · Be able to work in fast paced env. and multi-task. · Experience working with global teams *Minimum qualifications:* · *Bachelors degree in computer science or related field with 5 years of experience*.
