This will be an ongoing project with long term activity - currently scheduled 12-18 months. But building an overall internal resource team to drive this exercise. They looking to use SAP ILM - Information Life Cycle tool as well. This project is currently (Sept 1st) going into Design and Strategy phase. They do ask for Resource(s) that ; - HAVE experience with very large and complex Archiving Projects in the past - *HAVE experience / knowledge of SAP ILM* - Possibly having worked with Auritas tools.
