*Position:: Java Developer* *Location:: NYC, NY* *Duration:: 1+ year * *The main responsibilities include :-* · Participate in the full development cycle and second line support of bond and derivatives pricing and risk applications. · Work with Syndicate desk to source indicatives · Work with the Trading desks and Quant modeling teams to implement and deliver market leading analytics. · Work with Trade Booking, Marking and Risk Aggregation teams for reference data and reporting. *Person Requirements :-* · 10+ year of experience with good financial experience. · Expert Java programming experience in a Unix/Linux/Windows environment. Core Java programming experience. · Some experience with C++ and Oracle. · Work experience within a technology group focused in financial software within the Fixed Income area. · Good verbal and written communication, work well with users, able to collaborate with a global development team and independently with minimum supervision. · Agile and collaborative development.
