*Sr. level Hadoop Administrator* *Location* – Downers grove, IL 6-12 months. maybe longer Phone and Skype *Required:* · Hadoop Software installation and Port configuration · Configure Name Node High Availability · Hadoop Cluster Software patching and upgrades. · Database connectivity for the Hadoop Cluster · Configure Hadoop Cluster Resource Allocation · YARN, Map Reduce and Fair Scheduler Configuration · Hadoop Cluster backup and recovery · Hadoop Cluster Performance monitoring, load balancing, rebalancing and tuning · Hadoop Cluster Disk space management. · HDFS management and monitoring. · HDFS support and maintenance. · Implementation and ongoing administration of Hadoop Software Infrastructure. · Deployment of software environments required for Hadoop · Setup new Hadoop users.
