*Position:: Senior Sitecore CMS 7.2 Developer* *Location:: Stamford, CT* *Duration:: 1+ year* *Technical/Functional Skills :-* · Mature onsite/offsite project development and support experience · Significant experience in Scrum methodology · Web site development using Sitecore 6.x and 7.x · Experience in Sitecore as an overall development platform · Experience is utilizing Sitecore as a CMS · Experience upgrading Sitecore in a production environment · Experience with Sitecore Experience Platform · Experience with personalization using Sitecore · Experience with integrating Sitecore with Microsoft CRM · Experience developing multi-site solutions with Sitecore · Experience developing multi-lingual solutions with Sitecore · Experience developing Sitecore using ORM · Experience developing Sitecore using MVC · Experience optimizing Sitecore search · Experience with Sitecore and Microsoft Azure · Experience with Google Search Appliance · Strong HTML 5 skills · CSS, JavaScript (jQuery, Knockout.js) · Taxonomy · SEO implementation · Visual studio 2012 with TFS · Build Automation with TFS *Roles & Responsibilities :-* · Develop new features and functionality for a custom Sitecore 7.2 public facing web site. · Bug Fixing - as QA identifies bugs in our Staging and Production environments, they will be assigned to a team member. · Troubleshoot mobile website issues · Read IIS logs, event logs, and Sitecore logs to track and resolve unexpected user issues · Identify problems with Sitecore; install and configure service packs as needed · Identify and resolve issues with Google Search Appliance · Create custom Sitecore renderings to present and manage content on the public facing website · Troubleshooting custom jQuery plug-ins · Modify and create CSS to implement visual design requirements · Generic Skills (Non Technical Requirements) Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills · Proven good proactive inter-team communications · Inform manager in advance of all time off including personal vacation and holidays · Flexible schedule to accommodate all meetings as well as attending Staging and Production build calls as part of the support team. · Good understanding of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) · Experience working on, and supporting, critical business applications in a global company · Excellent troubleshooting skills in online applications · Experience collaborating on larger software projects via Visual Studio, TFS and related tools · Experience utilizing Scrum methodology for project deliverables *Thanks and regards,* *Jyoti Budhwar* United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
