Work in an onshore/offshore model *Experience required:* . work in-sprint with the Java automation harness developer . Testing their work, preparing test data . Executing regression tests . Reporting results to the Scrum Master. . Will design and create Selenium-based automation scripts . Responsible for interfacing with BA and QA Lead . Familiarity with QC and/or JIRA is a plus . Insurance industry experience (especially Life Insurance) is also a plus. . Agile experience preferred (we organize our work, even QA, around 2-week sprints) . Good Communication Skills .
