Installation, Support, Configuration and patching upate knowledge for CA SiteMinder and Identity Manager . Experience on working with Mobile Biometrics Products or technologies . Experience on any other authentication mechanism. . Understanding of JBoss or WebLogic server and integration with authentication component and related support experience . Integrated access management, clear understanding of LDAP . Working knowledge of Unix . Good Communication and articulation skills . Experience of integrating 2-3 sites based on common authentication module . Ability to learn / understand and adapt to new technologies . Ability to manage the relationship between various teams and maintain vendor relations . Troubleshoot problems and meet problem resolutions in an effective manner . Effective Communications skills and Time Management Skills *Minimum Qualifications/Must Have:* . 3-4 years of Experience working on a any authentication product . 3-5 Years experience in leading a diverse team of technical resources in the achievement of Corporate, Departmental, and individual goals on a consistent basis. .
