(It will be of great help if you can refer someone for the same in case you are not currently available) *Role: SDET (Automation Tester with Java Dev Exp)* *Location: Reston, VA* *Duration: 6+ months* *Interview : Phone & Skype * *Responsibilities:* • Individual would be part of the scrum team and would be responsible for sprint to sprint test automation. Other day-to-day scrum related responsibilities including reporting during standup meetings and other ceremonies for each sprint. • The technology stack in use is JAVA, Cucumber, Jenkins, Selenium, Rally, Crucible and ALM. Individual should be very strong with core Java skills as their role would include review of code as well. Selenium and ALM is a plus but secondary skills desired for the role. • Exposure and skills working on web services is key as well. Strong skills around XML,JASON, XSD, XSLT, REST and parsing techniques is key. This is regularly used on day to day basis and individual is expected to write them (not just understanding) • Individual would be working with upstream/ downstream application teams for integration testing.
