Work is performed within guidelines set by management regarding the development life cycle, version control, source code control, documentation, unit testing, code verification, code deployment, and team collaboration. This position relies heavily on collaboration at all levels of the business to define, provide for, and test deliverables. *Skills:* • Strong recent experience with SILK Test (no exceptions) • Excellent communication skills.....both verbal and written. • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment • Minimum of 7 years work experience in IT Applications Development to include: Web/.NET and Windows/XP platform • Strong knowledge of automation testing best practices • Ability to write complex SQL and automation test scripts • 5+ years of experience in Agile environments • Experience w/ TFS code management and deployment a plus.
