*Sr. Analyst/ Architect* Santa Clara, CA 6+ Months Start ASAP Local Candidates Only *JD:* We are in search of a Sr. Analyst with experience in Sales & Marketing applications to assist our client with severl projects. We’re looking for resources with 10+ years of solid BSA experience in IT and a solid 5+ years’ experience in implementing Sales or Marketing-related applications within varying software packages including: ServiceNow, Eloqua, Marketo, SFDC, Siebel, Oracle EBS, and others. The client is a software company marketing to Fortune 1000 companies worldwide. *There will be three principle projects (by topic), and they are: * —Auto-renewal —AppStore —Free Trial We’d prefer someone with experience in two of the three topics. Need someone with high energy in order to keep pace with the rest of the motivated team members. Need a self-starter and someone who has excellent communications, including intuitive people/relationship skills. *Job Function:* · Thorough understanding marketing functions and lead management. · Experience with upstream & downstream processes & solutions to CRM capabilities such as, pricing & discounting, Order Management, Quoting , Sales Analytics is a big plus. · Minimum 4 years experience preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis · Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple, complex technical projects · Demonstrated experience in project conceptualization and planning · Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications. · Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a business unit team and have strong influencing skills · Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment · Must have experience preparing end-user documentation and conducting end-user training · Business Analysis experience in a high-tech (preferable software) company highly desirable.
