1-2+ years of technical recruiting experience in handling
entire recruitment process from Sourcing, searching, screening,
negotiating, headhunting and recruiting candidates.
· Sourcing qualified candidates within the time limits using
traditional and creative sourcing techniques.
· Extensive experience in using Job-boards like Dice.com, Monster
and Social networks like LinkedIn and Google groups etc.
· Developed relationships with consultants and strong relationship
with sub-vendors.
· Smart negotiation skills, negotiating the rates with consultants
and employers as applicable.
· Strong knowledge of US geography and familiarity with US tax
terms. Should have a good understanding of a W2, 1099 and Corp-to-Corp.
· Proficient to work with H1B, TN Visa, Green Card and US Citizens.
· Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across
various IT Technologies.
· Maintaining & organized database of IT Resources.
· Ability to work in a Team environment, as well as inspires
Teamwork but can also be self-directed and work independently when
necessary.
