*JOB QUALIFICATIONS:*


   - BS/BA in computer related field of study with four years of work
   experience as a Windows system administrator or supporting computer
   networks, or equivalent experience.
   - Candidate should possess an MCSE or similar professional certification.
   - Must have excellent troubleshooting skills.
   - Must have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
   and Windows Server 2003 and 2008. Working knowledge of Exchange 2010.
   - Competency with SQL and PowerShell scripting.
   - Five years’ experience installing, upgrading and supporting Windows
   servers (2003 and/or 2008) in a business environment.
   - The individual must be able to work independently with minimal
   supervision or direction, manage multiple priorities, and be able to work
   in a cross-cultural environment.
   - Assist Helpdesk personnel on systems admin related issues and basic
   troubleshooting skills.
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
   - Experience managing vendors and support tickets required.
