This position requires an ability to assess the transition scope and characteristics of each project and to construct and execute a transition plan that is appropriate for the transition scope. *Essential Functions of the Job:* Builds transition plans including infrastructure/application support models, IT change management, learning & communication deliverables Responsible for planning and overseeing the transfer of key information necessary for the support, operation and acceptance of solutions deployed into production. This includes operational readiness, support documentation and acceptance checklists. Builds effective working relationships with assigned IT Services Project teams Looks for additional (out-of-scope) scope and impact Comfortable leading discussions around support models and required deliverables.
