Position: Oracle Service Cloud / Rightnow CX consultant Location: Albany, NY Duration: 12+ Months *Position: Oracle Service Cloud/Rightnow CX Consultant * *Customize and integrate the Oracle Service Cloud for our customers using web development methodologies and oracle policy automation. Must have proven experience as a freelance or consulting engineer in the past proving that the applicant understands how to deliver in this environment.
