*Role : Microsoft Dynamic CRM and AX TEAM LEAD* *Location: Redmond WA * *Duration : 11 month * *Job Description :* *Primary Skills* : *PowerShell, Web services, AX/CRM, strong Infra Engineer with exposure to CRM* *Secondary Skills* : *Cloud and Azure experience* Experience with predictive analysis of service behavior through telemetry Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to automate simulation of service outages for platforms Ensure full support systems are established and maintained. Manage relationships between quality control and support tiers and collaborate with other service teams to ensure that problems related to the service you manage are solved in timely manner. Ability to work with service teams and own Live Site Reviews and corrective action plans Experience owning the Service in backlog discussions & standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements Ensure end-to-end service excellence through developing productive working relationships with internal and external teams including architects, engineers, project managers, stakeholders, partner teams, and management. Measure, monitor and communicate solution effectiveness throughout the defined service lifecycle Basic Qualification: Experience working with PowerShell Demonstrated expertise in web services, virtualization and cloud concepts Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
