Please do let me know if you have any suitable profile.* *Role: **GRC Archer Developer* *Location: **San Jose, CA* *Duration: **6+ Months* *Position Overview:* The GRC Archer Developer will report to TBD and will be responsible for customization and development of e-GRC application. The developer is expected to do system design, develop programs and codes software in response to specific business requirements. The Developer must understand how to optimize multiple development efforts through appropriate project design, database use, code creation, and software architecture. Develops design specifications in compliance with IT Architecture and resolves user issues and provides appropriate solutions. *Responsibilities:* · Responsible for engaging with business on defining requirements and changes to new and existing solutions, documenting requirements and designs, providing estimates to complete implementation work, and validating implementations. · Responsible for end to end configuration of new and existing Archer applications, managing every aspect of the SDLC including: layout, workflow, reporting, notifications, questionnaires, access control, packaging, etc. · Various data management and transformation tasks involving SQL, XML/XSLT, and text using tools like XML Spy, SQL Studio, Microsoft Access and Excel. · Resolving platform related and end user related issues. · Creation of detailed solution documentation and the ongoing maintenance of the solution. · Assist with maintenance activities, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and maintaining content through regular vendor releases. · Problem solving, coding and scripting, workflow design utilizing the Archer SmartSuite Framework software. · Architect, design, configure and implement custom On-Demand Applications in Archer · Continuous process improvement for automation of the administrative functions and system migration/promotion to increase efficiency. · Develop and adhere to source control standards. · Participate in infrastructure development, platform enhancements and software upgrades with other EMC technical teams. · Develop disaster recovery testing plans and execution for mission critical Archer applications. · Develop application design and assist the team with major projects. *Qualifications:* · 8-10 years IT experience developing, testing and supporting critical enterprise applications. · 7 + years of SQL, JavaScript, HTML, LDAP, Windows Technologies. · 3-6 years Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise programs. · 3-6 years RSA Archer GRC experience or relevant GRC experience required. · Hands on configuration and customization of RSA Archer platform(5.x) · Extensive experience with data feeds configuration. · Experienced in creating fields, reports, iView’s and dashboards in Archer. · Experience in configuring access control, record permissions, events and notifications in Archer. · Experience in Data migration planning and content mapping in Archer. · Experience with extract, transform and load (ETL) tools or data conversion process a plus · Proficiency with PL/SQL · Proven ability to work independently, multi task and effectively work in a complex environment with multi-location team structure · Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail · Proficiency in documenting Use Cases, Requirements, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams in a technical environment · Experience in creating UAT and SIT test scripts and creating development and test plans · Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials: o Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field. o Certified Archer Developer / Administrator – Preferred -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "International SAP Projects" group.
