*speed up the interview process.* *Send resume only with Lead experience Title: Technical Lead with Java, J2EE and Oracle technology Location: Groton, CT Duration: 7 Months + Required: * - Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE and associated technologies. - Hands-on experience of frameworks (Spring/ Struts/Hibernate) - Good knowledge in Oracle 10g or higher (PL/SQL). - Experience in SWING/AWT, JSPs/Servlet and XML. - Good knowledge of Webservices (RESTFUL) - Knowledge of application servers (Weblogic/Jboss) - Knowledge of change/ release management - Hands-on experience on version control tools (Check-in, checkout, branching, tagging, code merge etc...) - Good knowledge of SDLC life cycle and documentation - Good knowledge of planning and prioritization - Excellent and matured communication skills required at client side and interpersonal skills. - Good to have application maintenance and migration project experience background - Good to have knowledge of performance tuning tools - Familiarity with clinical and Pharma domain would be a plus point. - Preferred experience working with offshore/onshore model.
