* Required:- 10+ Years of experience is required. *
Experience in Creating Projects/ Epics/Stories/Bugs/ Tasks in Jira and
tracking them to closure.
Management ability of tracking multiple release/project related items in
Jira.
Making sure that the execution of all projects/releases is carried out on
schedule.
Ability to organize Project start-up/ Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up,
Sprint/Project demo & Retrospective review meetings in Project/Release/Team
level.
Experience in fundamentals of iterative development to ensure the working
deliverables
Backlog/ Requirements tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task
definition.
Showcase Jira Dashboards and communication metrics for releases/ delivery
status at any point of time
Strong stakeholders management/ Customer Relationship/ Situational
Leadership
Qualitative decision making, proactive and initiating skills.
Accountability and RACI matrix
Familiarity with common Agile/ Software Methodology practices for
service-oriented environments, and better development practice
