*Position: Agile Coach Consultant*

*Location: Chicago, IL*

*Duration:12 months*

*Description:*





· Provide consulting, coaching and training on Agile & Scrum Adoption,
enterprise agile transformation
· Contribute to the growth of Agile/Scrum Process Consulting Business
· Develop and deliver Agile & Scrum consulting solutions including training
and process guidelines
· Champion in Agile transformation, mentoring and coaching newly organized
agile teams and program level executives. Become their trusted advisor
· Develop agile coaching training materials and process guidelines specific
to Scrum framework
· Contribute to the development and maturity of agile teams, conduct team
maturity assessments, compilation and presentation of maturity assessments
· Provide thought leadership in offering development through strategic
thinking, innovation, and methodology improvement
· Certified Scrum Professional CSP (Scrum Alliance)
· Certified Scrum Coach CSC (Scrum Alliance)
· Certified Scrum Master CSM (Scrum Alliance)
· Certified Scrum Product Owner CSPO (Scrum Alliance)
· SAFe Program Consultant SPC4 (Scaled Agile Academy)
· Certified LeSS Professional (CLP)
· MUST have strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
· MUST have good documentation skills leveraging PowerPoint, Word, Excel
· Minimum 10 to 12 years’ experience in Agile and Lean based process
improvements in a large organization, preferable roles: Agile coach, Scrum
Coach, process consultant in Agile adoption and transformation
· We are looking for an Agile/coach, servant leader who is able to work
with various different types of personalities, able to manage conflicts and
their resolution, able to guide the leadership team in the right direction
during Agile transformation.
· Resume should clearly articulate the coaching experience in a large scale
enterprise agile transformation, coaching locally and geographically
distributed teams
· MUST have experience in training teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum,
Kanban, Lean, XP), when required conduct several days of training sessions
and provide hands on guidance to the teams based on the trainings
· MUST have experience in conducting role based Agile trainings such as
Scrum Master Training, Product Owner Training, cross functional team
training including developers and testers
· Experience in managing or leading Agile engagements in a distributed
agile environment such as on-site / off-site model
· Experience in creating and tailoring Agile processes based on customer
needs and also sticking with Agile manifesto and principles
· MUST have In-depth knowledge of end to end software development
lifecycle, with sound knowledge of various Agile methodologies (Scrum,
Kanban, Lean, XP, RAD etc.)
· Hands-on knowledge and experience in relevant Agile tools such as Rally,
Version One, AgileCraft, LeanKit, JIRA-Agile, etc.
