Please share qualified resumes for below requirement , Need 10+ Years of Experience *AS400 Developer.* *Sydney , NE* *12+ Months * • 7+ years of experience in AS400, RPGLE,CLLE, DB2/400. • Hands on experience on environment setup & maintenance in AS400 platform. • Hands on experience on MMS. • 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring team. • Strong command in SQL. • Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Retail concepts. • Technical team management experience including offshore team members. • Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Retail related testing experience a plus. • Good written and oral communication. • Understand details the test-specific requirements – the number of test environments, scope of the data sets, configuration, integration etc. • Responsible for setup, configure and maintenance of different test environments is system. • Support testing team during test execution phase. • Lead Test management Team. • Guide onshore and offshore team to ensure standards are met. • Work with the testing teams and resolve their data requirement. • Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks. • Create/Update reports, dynamic dashboards as per the requirements.
