*Role: Business/Systems AnalystLocation: Philadelphia, PA -(Need Local)Duration 3+ months Estimated Start Date: ASAP* *Rate: $40/hr is the Max* *Note: Need Local and EAD GC, GC, US Citizens !!* Your role will be to serve as the liaison between the development teams and the business. You will be an expert at discovering and translating business requirements into high-level functional and technical requirements, identifying gaps, engaging appropriate stakeholders and documenting the requirements and processes that have been agreed upon. *Core Duties & Responsibilities* Facilitate requirement gathering conversations across all capabilities within the organization Identify, define and document technical requirements, process flows and data diagrams Research and prioritize technical and functional requirements Document and revise functional requirements and specifications Provide review and input into other deliverables as appropriate (e.g. design comps, wireframes, copy manuscript, sitemap diagrams) Leveraging and improving upon established Word and Excel document templates Creation of new Word and Excel document templates *Required Skills & Qualifications* Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Exposure to development methodologies, life cycles, and best practices Lover of details Experience with Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Experience with creating process flows Familiarity with collaboration software tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, etc.). Familiarity with web and/or mobile development, including standard requirements, security, data and management.
